1. Digital Service and Custom Production Model
All assets engineered by VARAMODEL Studio are customized to specific client pipeline parameters, target engine configurations, or physical 3D printing build volume allocations.
- No Physical Goods: We do not manufacture or ship default physical stock items. Consequently, we do not accept physical returns or product exchanges.
- Bespoke Allocation: When you approve a custom production quote and initiate a project, studio resources, hardware computing hours, and specialized 3D artist schedules are locked in explicitly for your pipeline.
2. Milestone Deposit Non-Refundability
To secure a production window on our studio calendar, all projects require an initial commencement deposit payment (typically 50% of the total project quote, unless otherwise outlined in your individual project contract).
- Commencement Fees: Once digital design, reference ingestion, topology layout, or hard-surface CAD sketching has officially begun, the initial deposit becomes 100% non-refundable.
- Retained Hours: This policy guarantees that the studio is fairly compensated for the upfront specialized labor, pipeline setup, and creative conceptualization hours dedicated to your commission.
3. Mid-Project Cancellation Protocols

- Revision Path: If a preliminary model structure fails to meet your original creative brief parameters, you are entitled to utilize the revision loops explicitly included within your custom quote to correct the asset geometry.
- No Dissatisfaction Refunds: Dissatisfaction with a creative direction or a change in a client’s internal business strategy does not constitute valid grounds for a retroactive refund once the design work has been formally executed.
5. Technical Compatibility Disclaimer
VARAMODEL Studio guarantees that your final deliverables will strictly adhere to the technical file targets, polygon limits, and watertight geometry rules specified inside your initial project statement.
- External Elements: We do not grant refunds if a file fails to print or function due to errors outside our direct control. This includes inaccurate slicing software parameters, uncalibrated hardware setups (such as unmaintained resin or FDM 3D printers), or improper implementation inside third-party real-time game engines.
- Technical Support: If an asset demonstrates an authentic geometric defect or structural error that violates our delivery promise, our studio operators will patch and resolve the digital file error free of charge within 14 business hours.
